Dr. David E. Hrncir

Dr. David E. Hrncir is an owner and practicing physician at San Antonio Asthma & Allergy Clinic. 


Dr. David E. Hrncir is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Southwestern Medical School.  He received additional medical education at the School of Hygiene and Public Health, Johns Hopkins University; David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA; The School of Aerospace Medicine, Brooks AFB; and Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB.


Colonel David E. Hrncir retired as a Chief Flight Surgeon from the United States Air Force after 26 years of service.  During his Air Force Career he held the following positions:


Chief of Pediatrics - Incirlik AB, Turkey
Chief of Pediatrics & Aeromedical Services - Bergstrom AFB, TX
Chief of Aeromedical Services - RAF Bentwaters, UK
Associate Program Director, Aerospace Medicine Residency -
       Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX
Chief of Allergy & Immunology - Scott AFB, IL
Commander 59th AMDS - Lackland AFB, TX

 

Dr. Theodore M. Freeman


Dr. Freeman is an owner and practicing physician at San Antonio Asthma & Allergy Clinic, Medical Director of the Medical Lab at Lifecare Hospital of San Antonio and Case Reviewer for the Texas State Medical Board. 


He currently serves as President of the Texas Allergy Asthma and Immunology Society, is a member of the board of directors for the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, Chairman of the Office of Practice Management with the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, and Chairman of the North East Independent School District Medical Advisory Board. 


​He has an international reputation for his expertise in hymenoptera allergies. In his resume he has several pages listing titles of publications and abstracts on several topics.


Dr. Freeman  served 20 yrs as a United States Air Force Physician including 11 years as Chairman of the Allergy Immunology Dept Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC), 14 years as Chairman of Fellowship Training Program WHMC, and 11 years as Medical Director of Immunology Laboratory WHMC.

He retired as Colonel Theodore M. Freeman.


​​Dr. Freeman is a graduate of Duke University and received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
